My work is oriented toward remembering a deeper way of being, where meaning, perspective, and personal authority arise naturally and life begins to feel more spacious, creative, and truly one’s own.

Where we begin

I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Psychotherapist. I work with adults in individual, couples and group therapy, and I offer a harm reduction approach for those preparing for or integrating psychedelic experiences.

My background includes work in nonprofit, corporate, and private practice settings. I am trained in Psychedelics Assisted Psychotherapy through Fluence. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from New York University.

My work is informed by a lifelong interest in consciousness, awareness, and how people come to inhabit their lives with more maturity and perspective. Having lived and worked across cultures and within environments shaped by instability and conflict, I bring a global sensibility to my work and a respect for the complexity of the human condition.

I am fluent in French, Armenian and Arabic.

Approach

My Approach

This work asks for a willingness to look at oneself with honesty and perspective. We often become organized around familiar stories that once made sense but no longer fit the lives we are living now. I will challenge these patterns in a direct and respectful way, without shaming them or colluding with them.

Together, we explore how you relate to yourself, your choices, and the life you are shaping. The work is practical, grounded, and relational, and unfolds in a space where humor, irreverence, and openness are welcome.

I work with clients to explore who they are beneath inherited roles, expectations, and social adaptations, and to clarify what feels genuinely meaningful at this stage of life. The work invites a loosening of the social persona and a fuller engagement with parts of the self that are often pushed aside, allowing purpose, acceptance, and inner steadiness to emerge more naturally.

My perspective is informed by existential and psychodynamic traditions, with Internal Family Systems and shadow work shaping how we understand the relationship between conscious identity and what lies in other fields of awareness.

My Services

Services

It is not uncommon to feel disconnected from how one is living or from what truly matters. Often, this disconnection is sustained by familiar ways of thinking, comparing, and measuring oneself against standards that no longer feel relevant or alive.

In our work together, we slow this down and look more carefully at how you are relating to yourself and to the life you are shaping. Rather than trying to fix or optimize, we pay attention to what has become habitual, what feels inherited, and what no longer fits. Over time, this allows a more grounded sense of meaning, self-trust, and direction to emerge.

As these patterns become clearer, people often find they no longer need to measure their worth through external or inherited values. There is more room to recognize what is genuinely important to them and to live from that place with greater ease, perspective, and confidence.

At times, couples can feel caught between who they are individually and how they are living together. This can create a sense of compromise, distance, or quiet resentment that is difficult to name. Our work creates space to look honestly at how each partner is showing up, how the relationship has taken shape, and how it might evolve with more clarity, self-awareness, and openness.

I work with couples around communication, breaches of trust, and challenges related to emotional, sexual, intellectual, and digital intimacy. When appropriate, I may incorporate a harm reduction and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy framework to help couples step outside familiar dynamics and relate to one another with new perspective. I welcome couples in both traditional and nontraditional structures, including monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, and approach this work with an appreciation for the complexity and nuance these dynamics require.

At times, life unfolds in ways we did not anticipate, and the choices we have made begin to feel heavier or more complex than we expected. These moments often reveal how we have been organizing ourselves internally and where those patterns no longer fit the life we are living now.

In this work, we look carefully at how you are relating to yourself, your decisions, and the direction of your life. Rather than trying to force change, we bring awareness to what has become habitual, inherited, or automatic. At times, this exploration may include a harm reduction and psychedelic-informed perspective, helping to create space for new ways of seeing and relating to your experience. Over time, this allows for more perspective, agency, and a steadier relationship to the choices you make as you move through transition.
